The air compressor tucked in and covered up under the stairway. Also under the stairway, in the front right, are extra roofing shingles; what better place to hide them?

The air compressor in place in the garage stairwell, ready for the stairs to be reassembled over it. The rough wiring to the electrical control box (containing the 240V power relay) is in place and the compressor is plugged in to the side of it. The high pressure air line is plumbed and extends up and out of the stairwell towards the garage (this will also be tee'd to go to the basement workshop). An hour meter has been added to the right and below the motor to monitor oil change intervals. The copper line going down the right side of the air tank and the valving underneath is the automatic condensate drain system. The pan below is for the condensate to evaporate.
